<br>Position: Driver Developer
<br>Responsibilities:
<br>1. Developing drivers in the uClinux kernel for various peripherals (Analog to Digital Converter, Digital to Analog Converter, Audio, Video, Wireless, etc) and posting back to kernel.org
<br>2. This will require an understanding of the system architecture, and result in proper design and implementation that is accepted by various open source applications.
<br>3. Driver Developer will be a working closely with the kernel and applications engineers, developing code / and specifying test and integration with application software layers.
<br>4. All code will be posted back to the kernel.org or other open source web sites.
<br>
<br>Requirements:
<br>1. BS or greater in computer science, electrical engineering or a related degree or experience
<br>2. 3+ years of Linux system level and kernel programming
<br>3. Boot level/pre-kernel (system initialization) programming
<br>4. Real time embedded programming on Linux or uClinux
<br>5. Should have experience in some hardware peripherals / buses / protocols like PCI, USB, IDE, 802.3 (ethernet), SPI, UART, I2C, CAN
<br>6. Experience on Hardware tools like Bus analyzers / logic analyzers / Oscilloscopes / In-Circuit Emulators
<br>7. Experience with embedded processors
<br>8. Proficient in C and Assembly coding with excellent debugging skills
<br>9. Should have gone through the whole cycle of software development of a product
<br>10. Commitment to sound software engineering practices, and the open source movement
<br>11. Ability to work with other open source developers, and check code into other's projects
<br>
